Miss Balaton döntőre való felkészülés 1.rész – Az étrendem
Sziasztok!
Ahogy ígértem, íme egy kis összefoglaló, hogyan készültem fel a Miss Balaton döntőjére. Két részre bontottam ezt a bejegyzést, hogy még egyszerre olvasható mennyiség legyen. 🙂
Az első részben az étkezésről fogok nektek írni a másodikban az edzésről.
Remélem sokatokat tudom inspirálni az egészséges életmód elkezdésében. Én is tudom, hogy mindig a kezdet a legnehezebb, de a második hét után, már megszokássá válik és könnyebben veszed majd az akadályokat. Úgyhogy hajrá!
Őszinte leszek, én eddig nagyon kevés alkalommal tudtam tartani a diétát, mert imádok enni, imádom a finom fűszeres ízeket, de van, hogy nemet kell mondani egy időre és kitartani a célunk mellett. Ahhoz, hogy jól érezzük magunkat a testünkben, igazán sokat kell tenni és kitartónak maradni. 23 éves koromig én sem edzettem rendszeresen és nem figyeltem oda a megfelelő étkezésre, bármit megehettem és nem látszott meg rajtam. Az idő viszont gyorsan telik és kb. 2 éve észrevettem magamon, hogy már oda kell figyeljek jobban arra, mit és mikor eszek, mert tényleg igaz, hogy, ‘Az vagy, amit megeszel.’ Úgyhogy, aki most még ilyen szerencsés, mint én is voltam, mihamarabb érdemes elkezdenie rendszeresen mozogni és egészségesen étkezni, mert ilyenkor, fiatalon jó megalapozni, rászoktatni a testünket a rendszeres testmozgásra, hogy idősebb korunkban is jól érezzük magunkat és magabiztosak lehessünk.
Ennyit a bevezetésről, lássuk is, hogy milyen diétát követtem.
Én ebben az időszakban szálkásodni és izmosodni szerettem volna. Fogyni semmiképpen sem. A célom az volt, hogy megmaradjanak a formáim, a nőies vonalaim, de emellet izmos hasat és szálkás lábakat szerettem volna.
Mint tudjuk az étkezés sokkal nagyobb százalékban befolyásolja a testünk alakulását, mint az edzés. Természetesen a testmozgás is elengedhetetlen, de amíg nem megfelelően étkezünk, sosem fogunk tudni elérni akkora változást.
A legnehezebb feladat számomra ebben az időszakban, az volt, hogy magabiztos legyek és azt, amit eddig kevésbé szerettem magamon (pl.: kerek, nőies fenék, vastagabb comb) elfogadjam. (Mert látszik a színpadon, ha valaki nem elégedett önmagával.) Senki sem tökéletes, még ha az Instagramon azt is látjuk sokaknál. Én is beleestem abba a hibába, hogy olyan akartam lenni, mint sokan Instagramon, de rájöttem, hogy magammal kell foglalkoznom, nem másokkal. Tegyetek ti is így!
Nagyon boldog vagyok, mert ennek a versenynek köszönhetően, megtanultam szeretni önmagam, ezekkel a “hibáimmal” együtt és már teljesen máshogy gondolok rájuk. Persze sokat dolgoztam a testemen, hogy még formásabb legyek és a narancsbőrömet is minél jobban eltüntessem, de végre elégedett vagyok önmagammal.
Íme az étrendem (így nézett ki egy napom):
Fontos, betartani:
- napi 5x étkezz,
- minden nap ugyanabban az órában fogyaszd el a reggelit, tízórait, ebédet, uzsonnát és vacsorát,
- 3 óránként egyél, hogy az anyagcseréd felgyorsuljon,
- minimum napi 3 liter folyadékot fogyassz (főként víz formájában).
Az a legjobb, ha ilyenkor magadnak készíted el az ételeket, mert így le tudod pontosan mérni és tudod, hogyan és milyen alapanyagokból készült.
Az én napi kalória bevitelem ebben az időszakban 1200 kalória/nap volt. ( Ez mindenkinek más, úgyhogy ne ez alapján kezdjetek neki, csak plusz információt szeretnék adni a diétáról.)
- Reggeli: 30 g zabpehely, 1 kávéskanál fahéj, 1 natúr joghurt. (néha magvakkal és akár egy fél almával)
- Tízórai: 3 db pufirizs és fehérjepor (mindig délelőtt edzettem és a tízórai pont edzés után volt.)
- Ebéd: 150 g natúr csirkemell, 50 g rizs, 100 g párolt cukkini/brokkoli (minden nyersen mérve!!!)
- Uzsonna: 1 db müzliszelet, cukormentes.
- Vacsora: 250 g túró, kis olivaolajjal és bors + 3 szem koktélparadicsom.
Természetesen egy idő után elég monoton tud lenni, de hozzá lehet szokni.
